We require a lien wavier from all payees regardless of whether they provide a preliminary 20 day lien notice. We do not escrow funds. All project funds are held in project specific trust accounts at a bank where title to the funds remains with the principal who has authorized CFCS to execute project specific payments on the principals' behalf.
