We require the draw to be submitted 72 hours prior to inspection. After the inspection, the inspection report is written within 48 hours and then the draw and inspection report are sent to the lender for funding approval. The lender has 48 hours to fund the draw. Checks are typically written the same day as funding approval. (Note: this is based on a completed draw package being provided by the contractor.)
