What is required to set up a new project?

Typically the documentation required to set up a project is received from the lender and consists of:

  • Project Transmittal Form accessed from this website.
  • Cost breakdown from the contractor.
  • Lender’s Source & Use of funds.
  • Set of construction plans and specifications.
  • Copy of the appraisal if a cost review is required.
