Our site visits are completed by our field staff. These individuals are employees of CFCS and are qualified based on education and past experience in the construction industry. Our site visit reports feature anywhere between 18 – 30 color digital photos.
Can those pictures be accessed on the internet?
No, the photos are sent to the lender embedded into the report we produce.

Site visits and the associated reporting are built into our up front fee. There is no additional charge unless some additional services are required and fees are quoted at the time of the request prior to executing any additional services.
